CHARACTERISTICS
- Produce a constant flow of gas at different pressures.
- No Contamination: The pumped gas does not get contaminated as there are no lubricants in the area where the compression occurs.
- Gear Box, Front Bearing and Rear Bearing: Oil Lubrication for its components.
ADVANTAGE OF 3 LOBES’ ROTOR DESIGN
Owing to the new three (3) lobes’ rotor design, the reverse flow pressure variation period is only 2/3 of that of a conventional 2 lobes’ rotor, the peak pressure is also lower. So the noise and pressure pulsation is greatly limited.
- Less backflow, steady air flow rate, lower vibration, and noise.
- Long Servicing Life: With reduced discharged pressure pulsation, it leads to lighter loading of bearings and timing gears for longer operation life.
- Large Air Flow: On the same operating speed, the 3 lobes blower can deliver large airflow and volume than the conventional 2 lobes type.
- High Efficiency: Adequate clearance between the rotors and the casing ensures no contact during operation, and this makes even higher efficiency.
- High Precision in rotors: The precision of rotors is fully controlled by the CNC machine and variation of precision between blowers is almost nil.
- Free From Vibration: The rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already, so rotors are almost free from vibration.
