Three Lobes Roots Blower
Less back flow, steady air flow rate, lower vibration and noise. Discharge pressure pulsation are reduced, so lighter loading of bearings and timing gears ensures the long servicing life. Adequate clearance between the rotors and the rotors with the casing ensure no contact during operation, and this make the efficiency even higher. The rotors are dynamically balanced in the fabrication stage already, so these rotor are almost free from vibration.
